Step 2

Step 3
Use the tip of your thumb to press the jaw area. Slide it into the end of the chin. Do 5 rounds.
Use your fingertips to push your chin up, lower your head, and drag your thumb to your ear 10 times.
Align your thumbs around your jaw, lift them up and tilt them left and right 10 times.
Done, do it 1-2 times a day regularly.
