Supreme Court Allows Texas Six-Week Abortion Ban to Proceed | Washington Week

The Supreme Court declined to block a Texas law that bans abortion as early as six weeks into pregnancy in a ruling this week. The law is still under litigation but several other states have announced their plans to copy the law. The panel discussed the ruling and what it means in the battle over abortion access.
