Washington's Department of Licensing registers illegal voters as policy - news from whistleblower

While many anonymous whistleblowers have reported that the Washington State Department of Licensing intentionally and as informal policy registers non-US citizens and felons to vote, this is the first time former state employees have publicly testified to this fact. This is illegal (both in federal and state law), even in Seattle. The bigger policy question it raises is who will do anything about it.
