Recipe : 1 Banana Dosa
Ingredients
1/2 cup Thin Poha (Flattened Rice)
1-1/2 cup Raw Rice
3 tablespoon Jaggery
3 Bananas, ripe
Water, as required
Salt, to taste

Recipe : 2 Ghee Dosa
Ingredients:
1.5 cups idli rice
1/3 cup thick poha
1/2 cup urad dal
1 tbsp chana dal
1/4 tsp methi seeds
salt to taste
ghee as required

Recipe : 3 Bread Dosa
Ingredients:
9 Slices of whole wheat bread
1/4 cup rice flour
2 tablespoons besan (gram flour or chickpea flour)
1/4 cup curd - fresh or sour (yogurt)
1.25 cups water or add as required
1/2 teaspoon fruit salt or eno or 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon oil
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
5 to 6 curry leaves - chopped
a pinch of asafoetida (hing)

1 Cup Foxtail Millet
1/4 Cup Urad Dal

2 small Tomatoes
5 Red Chillies
5 Kashmiri Red Chillies

Tamarind, small piece
Jaggery, small piece

25 ml Gingelly Oil
