Yowies are inquisitive. Why else would they stop and just look at me?

I went outside for a smoke and decided to record nothing in particular. This was at 3:30 AM. Well, apparently I recorded eyeshine of 2 Yowies. One was by the neighbour's footpath/letterbox (road side) and the other one was on the front lawn about 12 feet away from me. I went inside because I thought they left the moment I looked up at the star but in reality they hadn't. For comparison, the Crab Apple tree is roughly 15 - 17 feet tall. The Yowie that was next to it on the road side was at least 14 feet tall. Tonight is really active with all kinds of different noises, but no Yowie vocalisations that I am aware of. I guess the big guys are back. Yay. I'm never afraid when they are about. I always feel safe and happy when the tall ones are around.
