Aryan will remain in jail even today: bail order did not reach jail till 5.30 pm, release postponed till tomorrow due to non-completion of paperwork
Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan Khan trapped in the cruise drug case still could not come out of jail. This happened because his bail order did not reach the jail authorities till 5.30 pm. Earlier, Bollywood actress Juhi Chawla had signed Aryan's bail bond after reaching the sessions court. Lawyer Satish Manshinde himself had left for Arthur Road Jail with bail papers from the sessions court, but he got delayed in reaching. The jail authorities also waited for a while for the bail order, but even then Aryan's bail papers could not reach. Arthur Road Jail's superintendent Nitin Viachal told that as per the rules, the bail order has to be put in the bail box in the jail. It cannot be sent by mail or post and it is necessary to reach the hard copy for the release of the prisoner.
