The Youngster Joey Challenge - Rummaging Through Pokemon Crystal

Generation 2 is possibly my favourite of the Pokemon series, and I never get tired of going back and playing through it again and again! But there's one thing I've never tried: playing the game as Youngster Joey. Is it actually possible to beat the entire game using only a Rattata? So I set off on a quest to truly create the highest percentage of Rattata!
