These 45-60 minute overviews are designed to connect to individual roles at a school. These include counselors, social workers and psychologists, librarians, health and PE teachers, humanities teachers, athletic coaches, parent organizations, and office staff. Each session starts with the WHY of P2 as a foundation of understanding for all roles within the school. The presentations then move to the WHAT and HOW of P2 connecting each role to the work and resources.

For example, P2 for Counselors provides meaningful ideas and tips that connect the work of P2 to the counselor's job. P2 for Office Staff serves a similar function and is customized to the work of an office team member, and so on, per each role. Additionally, each P2 by Role provides direct connections to the P2 Resources that are best suited and most helpful to the roles and responsibilities of each specific position.
