Passion is a scam #podcast #shorts

This sounds very straightforward but the context of the previous conversation (we talk about this for over an hour on the full episode) is we start off in our 20s being convinced by our employers that passion is what you should be working for. Most jobs can’t just be sustained with passion. It’s okay to not romanticise your job. You do your role well and get paid accordingly. It leads to a much healthier approach and leaves your personal & social life in a better place. Atleast that’s the conclusion we all arrived at together.
