The Perfect Pink Tea Recipe Anyone Can Make

Ingredients:

4 cups water

1 star anise

12 cloves

10 cardamoms

½ tsp salt

6 tsp green tea

¼ tsp baking soda

1 cup ice water

2 cups milk

2 ½ tbsp sugar

1 tbsp pistachio

Instructions:
1. Pour water in a large pot
2. Add star anise, cloves, cardamoms, salt to taste, and loose green tea leaves
3. Bring water to a boil
4. Stir in baking soda
5. Simmer tea for 25 minutes on low to medium heat
6. Turn off the heat and add a cup of ice water
7. Aerate for 7-8 minutes
8. Strain out the spices and loose tea leaves and the tea aside (Store unused tea in the fridge and use it up within a few days )
9. Pour milk in a pot and brink it to a boil
10. Stir in sugar
11. Pour ¼ cup of reserved pink tea
12. Stir in chopped pistachios and almonds and simmer for 4-5 min
13. Ready to enjoy!
